Our SE218 Lower Unit is a counter rotation replacement for Mercury 3.0 Liter V6 Engines. || This is a stub shaft lower unit that you would need to purchase if you have an 8 spline driveshaft. You will also need to purchase a new upper driveshaft and coupler. The correct part numbers are as follows: 20" Model- 45-824114A 1 25" Model- 45-823901A 1 and a 30" Model- 45-824115A 1 || SE216 Lower Units are not designed to replace Sport Master, Torque Master, or other high performance gearcases. || To determine if you have a counter rotation unit on your twin engine boat, it is easiest to look at the props.
